We would like to thank all of our customers for your support during these unprecedented times. This has undoubtedly affected all of us and we are working hard to adapt to these new times. We are currently allowing guided trips and practicing social distancing. Here is what we are doing on trips to ensure that you and our staff are safe.
We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Global Rescue, the best trip/travel insurance company on the market. This insurance will cover cancellations for any reason, including fear of COVID and pre-existing conditions. While we are not requiring guests to purchase travel insurance, it is a great option which protects your investment. If you decline the insurance you will be responsible for payment in-full if you cancel your trip.
We require that our guests inform us of any Covid-19 symptoms that they are experiencing or if they have tested positive. We require that our guests inform us if they have been in contact with anyone with symptoms or someone who has been tested positive for Coronavirus.
We will monitor our guides daily and remove them from work if they exhibit any symptoms or have come in contact with anyone with COVID-19.
