About the Class
Our Introduction to the Colorado Fly Fishing class is the ideal way to learn the fundamentals of Colorado fly fishing. Because the sport can feel intimidating to beginners, our instructors take a calm, patient, hands-on approach to help you gain confidence quickly.
The Colorado fly fishing class is completely private. We don’t pair you up with strangers, it’s meant to be just for you or your group. We recognize that our students learn more, have more fun, and catch more fish when they are in a comfortable setting and group size is limited.
This one-day class is held on public water and is designed to give you practical experience with all the essential techniques and knowledge needed to get started. Private water may be added for an additional cost.
Dates
We offer this class year-round, with sessions available every week. Pick the date of your choice, and we’ll make it happen based on our availability. Our beginner Denver fly-fishing class is fully private, meaning we do not combine groups. This ensures you receive personalized instruction and the best possible learning experience.
Location: Public Water
Our Denver fly-fishing class takes place on one of our permitted public waters which allows for you, the angler, to go back to the same location and duplicate what you learned with one of our Colorado fly-fishing instructors.
Private Water:
You have the option of adding private water fly fishing for your class, ensuring you have an entire river all to yourself.
What You’ll Learn
